Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer
Scope: WebDialogs is looking for a senior
quality assurance engineer to join its dynamic team! The Senior
QA Engineer will be responsible for test plan development, test
specifications and developing test scripts/suites using commercial
QA test tools, Java and/or C/C++ for WebDialogs software. You will
work very closely with the development team and play a significant
role in ensuring that quality is built into our service. At least
3-5 years experience in software QA is required, along with some
experience in some or all of the following:
- Test plan development
- Test automation using commercial QA tools
- Java or Java scripting
- Experience testing computer telephony systems
- QA tool development
- Computer Science degree is desirable

Senior Software Engineer - Web Technologies
Scope: WebDialogs is looking for a
senior software developer to join its dynamic team of engineers.
The ideal candidate will have five or more years experience designing
and implementing software-based products, with at least two years
building web-based software. Candidate should enjoy working in a
fast paced startup environment. This person will contribute significantly
to WebDialogs' next generation collaboration technology. Working
knowledge of one or more of the following are required:
- Javascript
- ASP
- ADO
- Netscape Plugins
- Java applets

Operations
Senior Network Engineer
WebDialogs is seeking a person who will
oversee and support all operations as they relate to the Network Operating
Center. Responsibilities will include the following:
- Support NOC operations
- Monitor NOC and Channel Partner
servers for usage and problems
- Develop and evaluate disaster recovery
procedures and redundancy
- Manage facilities provisioning from
NOC and Channel Partners
- Implement remote SNMP monitoring
of all deployed servers using OpenView, SMS or similar technology
- Support and maintain distributed
architecture
Knowledge and Skills:
- BSEE or BSCS
- 5 years minimum WAN side networking
experience
- TCP/IP Networking on Linux, Unix and
WinNT
- Experience with channel banks, digital
cross-connect equipment and telco switches
- Ability to diagnose protocol problems
“on-the-wire” with tools such as NetMon, etc.
- Experience dealing with NOCs, ISPs,
and telco companies for provisioning and troubleshooting data and
voice T1 circuits
- Experience building and supporting
widely distributed systems with high availability on a Linux, Unix
or WinNT platform.
- Experience with routing protocols,
load balancing, web servers and database servers

Client Services
Relationship Manager
WebDialogs is seeking motivated individuals who will work with the Director of Client Services to build out the Client Services organization. The mission of the Client Services organization is to ensure that WebDialogs customers are maximizing the value that our products and services bring to their business and are delighted with all aspects of their relationship with us. Relationship managers will be responsible for managing all activity with WebDialogs customers and partners from point of sale forward. This includes:
- Working with hosting channel partners to plan server installation and coordinating resources for smooth, issue free implementation
- Planning, managing and coordinating customer implementation of WebDialogs products and services
- Working with clients to provide user training
- Providing business consulting around strategic implementation of WebDialogs technology
- Planning, staffing and managing customer development/integration projects
- Maintaining a proactive ongoing dialog with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and build customer usage of WebDialogs products and services
Critical Skills and Requirements:
All candidates must be self-starters and strong utility players with the desire to build a team from the ground up. As the Client Services organization is put in place, individuals in the Relationship Manager position will be called upon to support all levels of service from end-user training and provisioning to representing WebDialogs with senior client management personnel. Specific requirements include:
- Strong organizational skills, process orientation and project management skills
- Proven client management/relationship management experience
- Consulting background a plus
- Ability to see the big picture of the client organization and involve/coordinate WebDialogs resources (Sales, Marketing, Executive Management) as necessary to identify and execute a strategy to build/expand client relationships
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Team player, positively motivated, ability to "hit the ground running"

Marcom Manager
Scope: Working in conjunction with
the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Communications Manager
is responsible for developing and executing all corporate/product
marketing communications programs including collateral material
development (brochures, datasheets, application stories, etc), advertising,
trade shows, Internet content/programs and channel programs. This
hands-on position requires a minimum of four years intensive experience
in professional-level marketing communications positions, preferably
in a fast-paced, high-tech, business-to-business product environment.
Experience ideally includes managing all facets of the promotion
function and an understanding of the selling process for technology
products. The successful candidate must have excellent oral and
written communications skills. Professional level skills in the
following areas:
- Project management
- Program development, execution and
measurement
- Collateral system development and
implementation
- Vendor negotiation and management
- Time management
- Organization and planning/analysis
- Fully competent in working with

Scope: WebDialogs is seeking Inside
Sales Account Executives to sell its service within the company’s
targeted vertical markets. Sales experience in web based technology
and services is required. A corporate based sales professional who
will utilize both consultative and team selling to position WebDialogs
as the premier provider of interactive voice and collaboration services
is desired. This person will work in partnership with outside sales
executives in the selling process. Responsibilities will include
the following but not be limited to:
- Prospecting, qualifying, and initial
penetration into new accounts
- Product demonstrations
- Securing meetings, appointments
and conference calls for the outside sales team
