President, CEO and Director

Lou Guercia joined the company in October 1999, assuming responsibility for all day-to-day and strategic operations. Prior to WebDialogs, Mr. Guercia was vice president of sales and business development at Tessera Enterprise Systems, a pioneer in the field of customer relationship management. There he was responsible for managing sales and strategic alliances and helped oversee Tessera's acquisition by iXL Enterprises in September 1999. Previously, Mr. Guercia founded Workgroup Solutions, a leading regional provider of systems integration and professional services for the client/server marketplace, where he spent nine years as director and senior vice president of sales and marketing. He was involved in all facets of the company spin-off, including venture capital investment and its IPO. Mr. Guercia began his career at Xerox, where he held various sales and management positions and gained early exposure to the Internet and distributed networked computing. He holds a BS in Business from the University of New Hampshire.

Bala Sridhar
Executive Vice President of Business Development and Founder

As company co-founder and executive vice president of business development, Bala Sridhar brings more than 20 years experience in developing and launching new technologies. He oversees the planning and execution of the company's business strategy and business development. Previously, Mr. Sridhar served for four years as director of business development and vice president of engineering at SoftLinx, an Internet fax software startup, where he successfully raised capital and was responsible for the company's award-winning Replix product line. Prior to that Mr. Sridhar worked at Sun Microsystems and co-founded two other ventures: Nanosoft, a developer of a DOS multi-tasking system; and Tymnet Electronic Travel Services, an airline reservation service. Mr. Sridhar has also held product development positions at Hewlett-Packard and Honeywell. He received a BSEE degree from Indian Institute of Technology and an MSEE degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Mike Melo
Vice President of Engineering and Founder

A founder of WebDialogs, Michael Melo has served as vice president of engineering since its formation. He is responsible for product strategy and product development. Previously, Mr. Melo was a senior project manager at Shiva Corporation, a global provider of remote access solutions. His earlier positions include serving as software engineer and project leader at Sun Microsystems and as software engineer at Kodak Corporation, a diversified photograph technology company. In addition, Mr. Melo is the holder of two patents and has several patent applications pending through his work with WebDialogs. He holds a BSEE from Trinity College and an MSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Susan Oblak
Vice President, Marketing

Susan Oblak is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the company's marketing strategy and manages all marketing communications and product marketing activities. Prior to joining WebDialogs, Ms. Oblak was Director of Marketing Operations at iXL, Inc. (formerly Tessera Enterprise Systems), where she was responsible for creating and communicating Tessera's customer relationship management (CRM) vision and building a marketing organization, in addition to overseeing business development and sales processes. Earlier, Ms. Oblak served as an account representative at Epsilon, a database marketing company, managing relationships with major health care clients. She has also worked as a consultant for Andersen Consulting. Oblak holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University and an MBA from Boston University.

Mike Rososky
Director of Product and Field Marketing

As director of product and field marketing, Mike Rososky is responsible for product marketing, product management and all field marketing and sales support activities. Prior to joining WebDialogs, Mr. Rososky was product marketing manager for e-commerce services at OrderTrust, a leading provider of order management services for Internet and direct marketing companies. He has also held Internet marketing positions at FTP Software, Lycos, and Digital Equipment Corporation. Mr. Rososky holds a BS in Communications from Fitchburg State College and a Graduate Certificate in Software Technical Documentation from Clark University.

Terry Keen
Director of Software Quality Assurance

Terry Keen brings more than 15 years of management experience in product support and engineering with a focus on software quality to her position as director of quality assurance. Previously, she served as senior QA manager at FTP Software/NetManage Mrs. Keen has also held various senior management positions at Sun Microsystems, where she was responsible for release engineering and software quality assurance for the East Coast division and led Sun's Quality Council. She received a BS in Computer Science from Lowell University.

Elana Anderson
Director of Client Services

Elana Anderson oversees the Client Services group, which is responsible for ensuring that both direct customers and channel partners are delighted with WebDialogs products and services. She joined the Web Dialogs team in May 2000 with more than 10 years of experience in consulting services and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). Most recently, Elana was a Client Partner with iXL, Inc. responsible for building relationships and delivering iXL services to Fortune 100 clients. Prior to iXL, Ms. Anderson was a start-up team member and Director of Solutions Delivery with Tessera Enterprise Systems, a leading integrator of CRM solutions acquired by iXL in 1999. At Tessera, she focused primarily in the retail and high tech industries and led several of the most complex and successful accounts for the company. She also played a leading role in establishing Tessera's client delivery methodology. Ms. Anderson began her career at Andersen Consulting where she was a Manager in the Worldwide Revenue Practice. She holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Virginia

Brandon Baker
Director of Operations

In his role as Director of Operations, Brandon Baker is responsible for building and managing the ASP Operations and Information Technology Teams. Prior to joining Webdialogs, Mr. Baker was the Network Services Manager at PC Connection, Inc. a leading direct marketer of business computing solutions. At PC Connection, Mr. Baker was responsible for the operations and engineering of the corporate infrastructure and data center environments. Prior to PC Connection, Mr. Baker held numerous Network Management and Consultant positions at Andover Controls Corporation and International Network Services. Mr. Baker began his career as a Communications Officer in the United States Army where he built and managed numerous Tactical Communications and Networking Systems worldwide. He holds a BSEE from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, Massachusetts
